Engineering/Draft Service: Our state of the art CAD/CAM system’s give us the flexibility to aid in the design and implementation of your product and design.  We use Merry Mechanization and Metalsoft CAM Systems as Well as Autocad 2000.           -Files Types We support: .dxf file format, .iges file format, .dwg file format, and .CADL file format.

Sheet Metal Fabricating:  From one-piece prototypes to high-volume production runs, we can handle all your needs! Here is a sample of the machines we have available:  Precision shears, 135 ton Cincinnati, Chicago Steel Dreis & Krump press brakes, 22 & 30 ton state of the art CNC turret punches, automatic and manual de-burring, AEM and 3M graining, high volume fastner setting, hydraulic duplicating punch press.

Machine Shop: Custom tooling, die making, prototype and production runs. We use Bridgeport mills, lathes, planer mill, drill presses and various cutting equipment, that give us the flexibility to complete your projects!

Welding Shop: Our state of the art welding facility is ready to handle heavy gauge steel, stainless steel all the way to light gauge aluminum.  Any job is no problem! We also provide high volume spot welding.

Finishing: We provide In-house powder coating and a large capacity oven, as well as a working relationship with local and western regional platters, allow us to be completive
